Religious Services in English in Tokyo

The Tokyo area has many places of worship that are easily accessible. Some churches provide services in English.
Many churches and synagogues provide a social sense of belonging to those who may feel overwhelmed by the sheer immensity of Tokyo, in addition to any language or cultural barriers.
Aside from regular weekly services, many houses of worship also offer classes and group programs for children and adults. Many denominations run a Sunday school, nurseries and group excursions. You will find that since congregations in Tokyo are often composed of people from many different countries, there are opportunities to share and exchange your beliefs and deepest commitments.
It is often believed that places of worship provide a window to understanding Japanese society and picking up important language skills.
